What's Happening?

The level of hierarchy in an organization is designed such a way that decisions taken by the higher most will affect whole organization. On similar lines, the decisions taken by higher most people in government will have humongous effect on our lives. But in last five years, the acts of central government can be written as bestselling book by chetan bhagat. “5 point someone-what not to do at parliament?” Though the original 5 point may refer to something else, let’s speak about the points which are crucial to our economy and what our beloved government did to it.
 

1. Agriculture:

Just when we are thinking that congress is doing a commendable job uplifting economy, continuing reforms, GDP growing at 8-9%, it brought MNREGA. Since 2006, the budgetary allocation of it is 2, 05,500 crores –yes!! Figures do exist more than 2G scam. But what will they do in MNREGA? In my village they’ll clear bushes along canals every month, which usually can be done with a single match stick. They’ll remove mud from ponds in a month just to fill them again next month. They’ll work for 1-2 hours, get ₹100 and go home.

People got habituated that they stopped working for farmers. Even Rahul Gandhi wouldn’t think that there will be labor shortage in India, but there is now. Labor in agriculture doesn’t require skills to fabricate VLSI chips. There is lot of man force available, but not willing to work. This lead to situation that farmers fear to cultivate crops like groundnut which are extremely labor dependent. Farmers are forced to pay extra from the marginal amount they are earning. Whom should we blame? Agriculture in India possesses too many problems that MS Office will keep a limitation documenting it.
 

2. Manufacturing:

            In manufacturing, mining sector’s growth rate became equal to meaningful statements of Digvijaya singh – they are negative! SC banned total iron-ore mining, thanks to our “Gaali Bros”. In pursuit of becoming Warner Bros of mining industry they made whole mining industry Lehman Bros. We can’t blame Supreme Court on its decision as exploitation is extremely high. India, Country very rich in iron-ore deposits is actually importing iron!

            What ever the electronic goods we see around is either made in china or Thailand. Don’t we have demand? My university is fair enough for dell to open a permanent service centre there. How many electronic manufacturing centers exist in India? In clothing sector even Bangladesh is exporting more than India! If Bangladesh and Thailand can….can’t we?
 

3. Infrastructure:

            The word Infrastructure development is being spoken since my grandfather’s childhood, which I think will be spoken till my grand-children’s too. Recently govt. cleared 1.83 lakh Cr infrastructure projects which are pending from a quite long time. But why now? Clear it after Rahul Gandhi became PM, and then you can give at least that credit to his malnourished resume. You guys are sitting on files to such extent that instead of hatching chickens, they are becoming menu list of KFC. Dedicated freight corridors, increasing cargo handling of ports and UMPPs are not occurring even as our day dreams.
 

4. Services:

            The only pillar which is partially not yet blown away by government is services. Thanks to the IT boom and forward looking policies of S.M.Krishna and Chandrababu Naidu. Services is to India is what manufacturing is to China. But china used manufacturing to transform itself into economic superpower. It is giving china a huge fiscal surplus and Forex reserves. What we are using our service sector for? Since 2006 it is IT exports which are compensating for our ever increasing appetite for gold and Oil. Instead of becoming a main warrior of our economy, our Service sector is healing the wounds like CAD and imports of other main warriors of manufacturing & agriculture.

            We are not asking to build these four pillars of our economy with Silicon Carbide, but at least use cement instead of silicon dioxide.

The destroyers of Andhra Pradesh

Since last four years one region or other in Andhra Pradesh can be compared with nothing less than blast furnace. As everyone knows, it all started with “FAST UNTO DEATH” of K.Chandrashekar Rao in 2009. “Fast unto deaths” are becoming ridiculous that mahatma might not coined that if he knows it’ll be used for these sort of political gains .It may be done for political gains or a genuine cause for development of telangana-it doesn’t matter now as bifurcation is inevitable. I don’t support either bifurcation or United AP. Instead for a solution ASAP which is acceptable to everyone, at least a majority. But the way congress mishandled Andhra Pradesh can be termed as the worst event ever happened to AP in modern history.
                First, let us not term it as Indian National Congress, it’s unfortunate official name. The original Indian National Congress is formed with main aim of independence to India. Many eminent personalities like SN benarjea,Tilak, Sardar, bose and the most important-Mahatma sacrificed themselves to become brick and mortar of party. Even in post -Independence era Nehru took it to such an extent that greats like Shyam Prasad and B.R.Ambedkar lost to it. Indira Gandhi is first destroyer of the party removing organizational structure of it electing Chief Ministers of her choice etc. Then came the worst mistake of all time-making Rajiv Gandhi PM on the evening of Indira’s death. What is the qualification of him except the DNA factor?
                This mentality transferred slowly into the mindset of people that congress can be run only with the grace of Gandhi family. After Narsimha Rao era, mishandling of party occurred which is common for a party of that size. Even Nehru and Patel had differences to such extent that only death of Gandhi unified them together for realization of Gandhi’s idea of India. But the cronies of Gandhi family argued that only Gandhi family can head INC for its stability. It may be partially true but what if the president of a party mishandled a situation completely? They should be ousted of post. In my view Sonia should be ousted immediately for mishandling AP. But will it happen?

The problem with present congress is it keeps party’s interest above nation. If Congress is really seeking a solution to the problem of AP, it’ll not announce the decision of bifurcation in present reckless matter. The extent of service done by AP to congress is so enormous. After emergency when INC is cleaned out in whole India like germs of toilet, our Andhra Pradesh elected 41 out of 42 MPs from congress. Even that one seat is Neelam Sanjeeva reddy of congress contested as BLD candidate from Nandyal-the fortress of congress party. But what have you done to AP? You left us like leprosy patient outside kaligaht. Even the patient mentioned had Mother Teresa to look after him. The present patient (AP) has no one but vultures who are feeding on carcasses of the destitute.
                It is for sure that you announced the decision of bifurcation just before general elections so that you’ll gain political mileage in telangana. It is also the other way that you can collaborate with YSRCP in seemandhra and gain advantage there too. But who are the losers? We “THE PEOPLE”. I know the feeling when buses don’t ply for 3 weeks during strike in telangana. It didn’t change much, but the baton passed to Seemandhra. If you are sure of bifurcation, it should be first discussed with the main losers of it-Government Employees, NGOs and RTC workers. Not with your Ahmed Patel and other idiots.

But let us not fight over what had happened. Wisdom is when we convert our negatives to the positives. When Japan attacked US in Pearl Harbor, US used it to advantage of becoming a global superpower. That is the reason now if US sneezes, world catches cold. Let us take advantage of this bifurcation as development of two regions. AP came to the lowest point it ever had in modern history. Even in this situation, we can look for positives. As it is the lowest point, the only direction we can go now is up. We do have abundant of natural resources and manpower, let us bargain for a solid package for development of two regions from centre. As long as we fight ourselves like cats for bread, there shall always be a monkey like congress to snatch it from us. United or divided, we shall stand as ONE.

 I used to have a lot of respect for Manmohan and other eminent people in congress. But the way they are keeping mum on orders of madam made me intolerant that I’m ready to slap everyone I admired for their handling of my motherland. We sent 33 MPs to form government for INC, let us not make that mistake again. Let us not elect any guy from congress for decades. Even in telangana elect whoever you want except INC. Just remember that it is due to this congress we struggled for 4 years of political instability. Don’t let any of Gandhi family to touch our soil. Remember if we behave like prostitutes of Gandhi family, we are treated as such.!!
